No one seated in the reception during office hour and doors locked on arrival .. I tried to log in using the after hours terminal on arrival which didn’t work. I then had to call the number and someone came out. It was very awarkward.. be aware - no 24 hour reception or anyone after 6pm. No details supplied or map to find the pool and no useable wifi passwords - only the free public wifi which is not secure.

Clean, but bad design

Reception Lady was very nice but unable to get us wifi connection. The pool is in a different building. Its a mixed residence with permanent people living there.

The apartment was clean and central for our travel purposes and close to Westfield shopping centre which was very handy. We travelled with our 3 small children, so was a bit disappointed that the 'heated' pool wasnt heated and also that there were only 4 sets of crockery for 5 people - a couple of small criticisms for an overall positive experience though!

Very handy location, close to shops and the apartment was tidy and beds were comfortable. Pool was really nice and although situated on a busy road, you wouldn’t even realise. Our room did however smell of cigarette smoke every time we walked in. Also was disappointed that I had to pay for an extra fold up bed even though our booking did state there was 1 child. Also not enough cutlery and cooking equipment.

The hot plates were filthy, also missing parts of the hot plates, one really cheap thin old pot supplied for cooking, the pillows were worn out cheap pillows, the corridors smelled. It was just very unpleasant.

Requested a $300 bond upon arrival though it is not stated online whatsoever. Further to this, only the week before I stayed at the property and was required to pay a $50 bond (which also wasn't stated in any policy online anywhere), regardless I chose to stay again because I thought I knew the procedure and I have to be nearby tomorrow morning. To make things even worse, the hotel proceeded to cancel my booking and I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund and have no where to stay tonight.

I hated my experience at this hotel! I was greeted by the “Manager” after waiting 20 minutes out side in the rain. The Manager then pretty much asked for my signature and chucked me the keys to the room I was staying in for the night, didn’t want to tell me which building or anything like that I had to guess for myself. I also paid for two extra roll away beds, which where not in the room when I arrived. I then called the manager and asked for the beds, I received nothing but total rudeness from the so called manager and receptionist then was told I could only have one roll away bed after I had already paid for two!! The room it self was disgusting, there was little bits of rubbish all over the carpet, there was fluff from the dryer all over the bathroom walls and floor, vacuuming and dusting defiantly where not done after the last person had stayed there. The balcony was also left in a disgusting state, cigarette butts and ash where left al over the balcony. Over all my stay was a complete waste of money I could have stayed at a cheap ass motel and it would have been immaculate compared to this place!

The lounge, dining and kitchen areas were dirty and had not been properly cleaned from the previous guests. The kitchen rubbish bin was dirty and damaged. The vinyl lounge had a sticky residue down one side and the remotes were all greasy and had to be cleaned first before could use. The glass coffee and dining table also were covered in greasy marks and the door to the balcony had hand prints all over the bottom. The foyer to the room smelt bad on most days as did the room on a couple of occasions. Could not leave windows or balcony doors open as no fly screens and no insect spray in the room. Laundry trough had also not been cleaned. The bathroom and bedroom areas were satisfactory, however the bin and toilet brush holder were all rusted and probably needed replacing. Apart from the above, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. A parking space was made available, there is a major shopping complex across the road and a friendly person greeted us on arrival. Helpful residents helped us find our building (there are 3 towers) and the appropriate lift to use. Plenty of take away food close by if you did not want to cook. Will not stay here again as it was disappointing after a 10 hour drive and would not recommend to friends either.

Disgusting accomodation! Filth in bathroom! Exhaust fan seemed to be growing mould or something worse! We would not shower there. The whole floor landing on our level absolutely stunk of stale and/or fresh cigarette smoke! My children should not have to have been exposed to this. Was sold a room for three people yet was only provided one queen size bed for three people! Once there asked for an extra bed and was charged $30 a night for a crappy roll out bed, which was set up in the lounge area with both windows letting in plenty of light from poor and dirty blinds! Noise from neighbours was terrible! It seems only part of these buildings are for hotel accomodation and the rest are tenants who don't seem to care for others! Car parking was underground and was almost impossible to find due to there being limited parking to begin with and mostly residents "reserved" parking! Swimming pool looked dirty and others left wet trails from the pool to elevators and stairs making walking potentially hazardous! We stayed one night although our booking was for longer. I complained about the above issues and requested a refund for the remaining time, but was refused! Seriously one of the worst hotel experiences of my life!

The only downside to this property is the lack of power points in the kitchen area and bench space. The only power point for the toaster or electric jug is behind the microwave.

It is located close to Westfield. Washer and dryer in the room is helpful for a long stay. The only issue is the blind in the living room is see through from outside at night so there is no privacy. People from the apartment next door can see through inside our room.
