Step inside and enjoy light-filled interiors, sleek modern design, and spaces that make it easy to unwind and reconnect. The home features ducted heating and cooling throughout for year-round comfort, two spacious living areas for family gatherings or movie nights, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with premium appliances and plenty of bench space for easy entertaining. A dedicated office provides the ideal space to catch up on work or emails when needed.

Outside, you’ll find your own private oasis — a solar-heated pool surrounded by lush greenery and a large, fully fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets to play. Enjoy alfresco dining and BBQs on warm summer evenings or simply relax and soak up the sunshine. Secure on-site parking is available for multiple cars.

Kindrogan House is the perfect luxurious base for families or groups to gather, relax, and experience the very best of Melbourne living.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
