Quest was perfect for our stay. Comfortable room and very clean amenities. We did pay an additional fee for late check out and unfortunately had housekeeping and reception contacting us prior to to ‘hurry us up’ which was disappointing. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Good place to stay, some issues after a 2week stay

Overall the stay was good, staff were hospitable and the location was good for the company I had to work with on this trip. That being said, I have three main gripes for Quest Dandenong Central. Cons: - Expensive parking rate per night. - Very limited gym, insufficient for most uses. - Cutlery/Dishes in room were not clean. Gunk left on all materials I pulled out to use and had to clean myself (photos available). - Stained couch in room which made me concerned with the cleaning of furniture

The room was great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and facilities to cater for us all. It was a quiet, clean room with AC in each of the bedrooms. The front desk staff were lovely and really easy to communicate with.

The Quest Central Dandenong provided an excellent week long base for my wife and I as she underwent serious surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel's position opposite Dandenong Train Station and being conveniently close to hospital and shopping facilities, made it a first class choice. This was especially so for us, as we live in the country and had to negotiate the added difficulty of being some distance from our home and being in a new and different environment. The front of house staff, especially "Bram", made a rather difficult and confronting moment in our lives that much more able to be dealt with. Bram and the team there were able to meet several requests in the most bright, pleasant and efficient manner possible. Indeed, on every occasion I entered the foyer I was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting. We would most genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accomodation in the area and are grateful for the support offered us during our stay.
