Nice and tidy apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very close to everything, yet in a quiet and very safe area. The Errol St shops are one block away, the hospitals on Flemington road are about 5-10mins walk away, queen vic market is 5mins walk away. Several tram lines are also very near, so you can easily get around to many other parts of melbourne.

Great location and good for what we paid. A little maintenance required though (blind broken, power outlet for washing machine not working, moldy shower)
Carpark is really tight width and height so be mindful if you have a bigger car!

Mostly great!
I was very pleased with the apartment. It was quite clean, exactly as the pictures, and well-secured. The staff were nice, though you should ask for clean-up beforehands.
Location wise, it is not bad. Only a few blocks from the free tram zone, which is right in front of Queen Victoria Market. However, those few blocks may seem like a long road ahead of you when you have heavy bags especially on a hot sunny day.

An amazing shower and overall tidy modern property. Just some marks out of walls sue to high traffic use and mess under furniture. Reception is lovely - the lady gave us tips for around the area and was very welcoming. Very central to what we needed
