Dining area, split system air-conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi. Wonderful winter warming wood burning Coonara open fire heater and plenty of fire wood supplied. Outdoor table and chairs on the veranda, BBQ and tools. Gas bottles supplied.

LINEN
A full bed & bathroom linen package is provided for all bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Beach towels.
3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices: includes delivery & beds made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature family guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
