Guests can enjoy modern city conveniences including air-conditioning, laundry facilities and a parking space, plus a shared pool and gym.
Whether travelling for work or leisure, you’ll appreciate the modern comforts offered at this light-filled stay, located on the 10th floor of the exclusive Watergate complex and providing a light-filled, open-plan space to relax during your visit to Melbourne. Stay active swimming laps in the shared pool and take advantage of your access to the gym.

When you're not dining out at the many nearby cafes and restaurants, you’ll find all you need in the kitchen to prepare meals at home. Dine at the four-seater table, head to the living area where a large sofa and a cosy armchair offer the perfect spot to kick back with a movie, or enjoy an alfresco wine on the private balcony, complete with a cosy two-person setting, as the sun goes down.

Two spacious bedrooms sleep four guests, both offering queen-size beds and mirrored built-ins that create a sense of spaciousness and maximise natural light. Melbourne Getaway

This property is in the perfect location. Walking distance from both Marvel Stadium and the train station made getting around a breeze for our time in Melbourne. The apartment is very well kept, featured all the amenities we needed for our stay and felt like a home away from home. All communication was seamless and hassle free and made the stay very easy.
