The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Dwyer St, just a stone's throw away from Melbourne Polytechnic (Fairfiled Campus), The Rotunda Wetland, Merri Creek Trail, Quarries Park, Yarra Bend Park and Darling Gardens.
We're a 15min drive into Melbourne CBD.
We’re just a 10min walk to the Clifton Hill Train Station. There is a direct bus-train link to the Melbourne Cricket Grounds.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on the Dwyer St/Heidelberg Rd stop if you would like to head into the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Clifton Hill train station is just a 10min walk away.
If you drive, we have secured 1 free parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
This pad accommodates 2 adults generously but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 2-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
