Summary:
WE ARE THRILLED TO WELCOME YOU TO OUR PLACE.

Light and airy studio apartment with lift access directly to apartment floor.

There is a free, secure car park and guest parking.

Within the 'Montmartre' complex, there is a superb rooftop space with amazing views of Port Philip Bay for you to enjoy.

The Space:
The kitchenette is equipped with new quality appliances and everything is provided for a very comfortable stay. There is a microwave, oven with cooktop, fridge, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. There is a dining table with 2 chairs. Awesome recliner couch to enjoy the 65-inch television with internal Chromecast. There is Wireless and internet connection (WiFi) and an adjustable desk to make working from here very convenient.

The well-lit bathroom is appointed with shower-over-the-bath. Equipped with a hair drier and towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

A Queen size bed with linen and very comfortable foam mattress and pillows. Another 43-inch smart television is installed to enjoy from bed.

Built in robes with coat hangers, iron and ironing board

There is a security entrance, and communal laundry facilities are just 3 doors down.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll to both Acland Street and Fitzroy Street. Luna Park is also a short walk away. Countless bars, cafes and restaurants are within easy walk. The famous St Kilda beach and pier is a leisurely 10-minute walk. This apartment is the perfect place to use as your base to explore all that Melbourne has to offer with a short 15-minute tram ride to the city. The tram and bus public transport hub is a quick 3-minute walk.

Getting Around:
There is a free, secure car park and guest parking.

It is a studio.

Comfy studio home-away-from-home in St Kilda

Enjoyed our stay in St Kilda in this well appointed and comfortable studio. Very clean and only 10-15 minutes walk to Acland St. Located in a large but quiet block of flats. Communication was easy and replies were prompt. A little warm in the afternoons due to facing west but there is air con to remedy that. Only suggestions are maybe including a clothes airer for those washing clothes that don't use dryers and to perhaps add blockout curtains that cover edges of the windows to stop bright light coming in from the corridor via the very large window right above the bed. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you.
