Welcome to Grenville Beach House – Capel Sound!
Stroll to the front beach in Capel Sound within two minutes from this luxe, modern 4 bedroom beachside home.
Two light and bright living spaces, Chefs kitchen with large butlers pantry and a balcony with BBQ and views. Air conditioning & heating to living spaces and all bedrooms to ensure your comfort all year round. Downstairs good sized living area with kitchenette and outdoor dining.

This Luxe beachside home is a short 10 minute drive to award winning vineyards & the peninsula hot springs and a short two minute walk from the iconic Capel Sound front beach. Take the kids surfing, take your friends golfing at some of the amazing courses within a 10 minute drive from the house or relax on one of the amazing nearly beaches. Take a short drive to the beautiful Point Nepean national park and enjoying the amazing views. All linen and bath towels are provided.

Your booking is for the whole house with the exception of the garage. This is not accessible to guests. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Strictly no pets allowed.
