Property was in a great location for our purposes, tram, convenience stores etc. The property could have been better if a few minor matters were sorted;No instructions on rubbish removal, and the recycle bin was full when we got there,the toilet seat in the ensuite bathroom was broken,the hand towel rail and shelf in the shower (mail bath room) were loose they need refixing to the wall,the plug in the kitchen sink didn't hold water because the rubber seal was in the incorrect position - I relocated it to the correct position so we could use the sink.Mostly small things and a bit annoying
