Designed to feel like your very own family beach house, this timber cottage is both bright and inviting, with a layout that flows seamlessly for easy entertaining.
The spacious living and dining area opens onto a private deck, and the fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances. The house features three well-sized bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a cozy study area, and a separate laundry. With ducted heating, a split system for cooling, and a log fire, you’ll be comfortable in any season, plus there’s a refreshing sea breeze from the nearby back beach.
Perfectly positioned just a short walk from St Pauls General Store, Sorrento village shops, the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club, beautiful beaches, golf courses, and some of the best dining experiences on the Mornington Peninsula, this beach house offers the ultimate holiday experience.
