》Key Pickup from Key Exchange Service
City of Melbourne has very strict laws about the use of lockboxes. To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located (400)m from your apartment. This is a 5 minute walk. This ensures the most seamless arrival.
Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you.

》We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. This means if a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
