This stylish ground-floor apartment for 5 people, is part of an attractive complex, just 100m from the beautiful beaches of Torre dell’Orso. The condominium is made up of 15 apartments that share a large swimming pool. It makes the ideal holiday base for a family or friends who want to enjoy this popular part of Italy.

The apartment is next to the swimming pool, allowing guests to keep an eye on their children from the comfort of their garden. The paved private garden is partly shaded by bright Bougainvillea and is furnished with a table and chairs for meals al fresco. Guests can sunbathe there in private or sit out by the swimming pool. The pool is open from 10am to 2pm and then 4pm to 6.30pm. After 6.30pm there is no lifeguard.

Inside, the contemporary interiors have been carefully designed with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. The main living/dining room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge and coffee machine. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden.

Bedroom 2: This cosy room has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Extra: There is a 3rd foldable single bed.

Location
The resort of Torre dell’Orso is known for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests. The town is laid-back with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants which will suit all budgets and tastes.

Lecce (30 minutes) is known as “the Florence of the South”, blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.

For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.

The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
