"This was one of our favorite stays in Italy. It was spacious, clean, and in a great part of the city."

"The amenities listed were not as advertised. There was no onsite laundry - we had to go to a laundromat and several of them in the area were closed. We also did not have a microwave. The host was lovely and everything else was great, but we chose this location specifically for laundry and a microwave to help with food costs. "

"Great place & beautiful location. Only issue is the two bedrooms are right next to each other upstairs and you can easily hear all conversation in the other room. This is very good location if you want to be near Florence but be out of the city and enjoy the area."

"This property accommodated our family of 7 very nicely. We would stay there again if we returned to Florence. There are a few things people should know in booking this property. The location was very nice but it is a 20-25 minute walk to many of the primary attractions of Florence. Also, the adjacent plaza can get quite noisy on the weekends or holidays as people congregate there. The windows/shutters blocked most of the noise in most of the rooms but there were was a room or two where the noise...

"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "
