"Welcoming hostess even though we arrived early, and cottage had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Little outside shade but large parasol provided. Our hostess was helpful and kindly when one of us had a health problem. Linen and towels provided were all of good quality which makes you feel valued as guests. "The gite is in a great location, a short walk from Doelan, which is a picturesque small port on a small river estuary. The host, Jacques, was very welcoming and friendly. We had some lovely conversations with him. He is a real gentleman. He showed us where the local hidden beaches were located, and advised on coastal walking nearby. Would very much recommend this property. It is great value for money."
