"If you’re looking for an authentic Marrakech stay, look no further! I would, and did, book this Riad for multiple stays. This is world class hospitality. Every major chain should send their staff to see what true hospitality is. Everyone is genuinely working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Anything you need, any time of day, the answer is “of course”. Our check in with Siham was so relaxing and informative. Not like any check in at any hotel you’ve ever had. She was wonderful for our whole trip just like the entire staff. Based on the other Riads I have seen, this one is more spacious and open than others. The rooms are large and the a/c does wonders. They are also just on the outskirt or edge of the Medina. It is a huge advantage because your driver can drop you off right at the door, unlike other Riads which are off small alleyways. Breakfast is authentic and delectable. I can’t say enough good things about Asika. If you get a chance, pay them a visit!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at Riad Kaiss by Anika. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff are highly professional while also being incredibly warm and personable, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A very special mention has to go to Gigi, who went out of her way to make our stay feel like a home away from home. All of the staff were extraordinarily generous with their time, whether helping us with recommendations, sharing their knowledge of Marrakech or simply making sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely safe, cared for and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The riad itself is beautiful and full of character — a wonderful expression of Moroccan history, architecture and culture. Staying right in the heart of the Medina made the experience particularly special; you really feel immersed in Marrakech, yet the moment you step inside the riad there is a wonderful sense of calm and sanctuary. There were so many thoughtful touches, from the beautifully appointed bedrooms to the gorgeous shampoos and conditioners enriched with argan oil. I am coeliac, and the staff also went to great lengths to accommodate my dietary requirements, which I greatly appreciated. Having travelled extensively over the years, I can genuinely say that the hospitality at Riad Kaiss was second to none. No request was ever too much or too little, and there was a warmth and generosity to the service that made our stay truly memorable."
