"Clean, friendly staff, and nice location."

"Large beautiful room. Great TV and choices including pay per view movies. Everything first class. Easy walk to Grant Park and down the Miracle Mile. We love this hotel!"

"The valet parking was very unorganized for what we paid"

"Friendly staff, great location. 3 night stay and enjoyed my stay. Would stay here again should I visit Chicago again."

"Family stay to visit daughter at college. This fit our needs"

"The room was clean and what we needed for a one night stay. The lobby/bar area on the 15th floor was really nice. I wish I was staying longer than a night, because I would have visited. We dashed late night food with ease. I did not get the accessible room that I booked online, but other than that, the stay was good. I would recommend."

"Great location and wonderful staff."

"Easy check in, clean rooms, lots of space."

"Great location, staff and breakfast! Parking garage across the street was also perfect to use!"
