"The included breakfast buffet had cereal, coffee, orange juice, bread, English muffins, hot egg and sausage rounds. It was nice to have the hot options. Each room had its own heat pump making climate control easy. Some of the fixtures need replacing and updating but it looks like they may be undertaking some renovations. "

"Retro motel that’s clean, located in a convenient location just minutes from North Sydney and the Cabot Trail, and with beautiful views of Kelly Mountain. Very friendly owner. For the room itself - there’s a coffee machine with ground coffee and the ceramic mugs were a nice touch. Beds were fine, not too soft and not too hard, but the walls can be thin, especially when someone flushes or runs a shower, which to us was no big deal. Still a bit of work being done, there’s no air conditioning...
