"Clean"

"The hotel was really dirty and unkempt. When we entered the hotel to check in we were left standing there waiting on the lobby attendant to come check us in. Two people, a man and woman who may have been the owners, just stood there and looked at us. There were ceiling tiles missing and others were stained from water damage right outside of the room. The sitting area next to the room was filthy. The pool looked dirty and I didn’t want to risk getting in it. Breakfast was very sparse and the two “hot items, (eggs and diced potatoes) were lukewarm at best. My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. We have never been more disappointed with our stay as we were this time. "

"Coffee decent, no protein other than peanut butter only cereal and bagels. No tp holder on wall was only on back of toilet. Towel bar was only partially attached to wall. Door not sealed from hallway … light and sound were coming thru edges of door . Bed was comfortable "

"The hotel is great; we stay here several times a year. Expedia made the reservation incredibly difficult by changing dates. I’ll never use Expedia again. This is the 2nd time they’ve adjusted the check in/check out times I’ve put in and it creates a lengthy process to update it and get a refund."
