Price was the best thing

Room wasn't clean. Laundry room dryer didn't dry/ heat and a refund was refused. Breakfast was sad. Had to bring towels to office and have that set washed every day, no extra sets to trade. Only one set offered even though we had 3 people in our room. I bought us wash cloths so we didn't have to share. Nobody cleaned the room daily or even took out trash and replaced linens. We stayed 5 days. No room decor at all. Light bulbs out. Paint looked like a child applied it. All photos taken when we arrived first day.

If desperate stay here...otherwise MOVE ON

When checking in the person seemed annoyed we were there...add that to the overpowering stench of curry that almost made us all pass out. The room was tolerable...drawing all over the walls, outlets hanging out of the walls, no shampoo, coffee pot was dirty, no coffee for said pot, shower head was disguisting (had to go buy cleaner to feel like taking a shower made me cleaner than before the shower), drug deals happening all over the grounds, and constant stench of pot every day no matter what time, bullet casings on the ground in parking lot. Only plus was that the AC worked great and the door for the room locked. When checking out had donuts available but took a bite and they tasted like the curry in the air..who knows how old they were. For 60 bucks it did what we needed, but FAR from what i expected.

Gute Lage, leider schmutzig

Gute Lage mit Verbindung zur Interstate. Zimmergrösse war ok, leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Teppich krümelig, Bad wurde schon lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt.

Well...you get what you paid for.

Reception lady seemed put out that I showed up. She couldn’t find my reservation. Seemed very unprofessional. Room was fine... a bed to sleep on and that’s all we really needed.

The front desk attendant was very rude, didn't provide any instructions as to where to find the room or what time breakfast would be served. The rooms were dirty smelled like smoke, the toilet wasn't even hinged to the floor. When we went to breakfast, there was no food out, we had to wake up the front desk attendant to put out the food. Breakfast consisted of bread, cheerios or corn flakes, bagged bagels, gallon of milk, and coffee. At check out the attendant was once again rude. I wouldn't ever recommend this, I was very dissatisfied.

The hotel is in the ghetto, the door on our room looked liked it has been broken into with a pry bar several times. The beds we're hard along with the pillows. It looked like there was an abandoned car in the parking lot with all flat tires. The service was the best part, very friendly.

don’t do it.

Clerk was rude. Bad part of town. Room smelled like ick. Continental breakfast was ick coffee and a piece of toast. Woke up to someone screaming. Random people walking through parking lot all hours. This is the second icky America’s best I’ve stayed in. I’ve learned my lesson. They may be cheap prices but you will regret it. Don’t stay in Memphis or surrounding Memphis area unless you pay over $100 per room. I would even go $150 per room just to make sure you are staying somewhere good/nice/friendly/not in the ghetto. The pictures shown for this hotel are not accurate. It’s a motel. Dive. Awful.

Keep this as your last option.

The customer service was bad. There was a honey bun and coffee for breakfast. The towels in the bathroom were not washed and neither were the sheets. Website said only one room left but we probably were the only ones there.
