Luxury downtown home is fully renovated with high-end amenities and open floor plan joining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Downstairs master bedroom with private bathroom includes double "his and hers" showerheads. Free reserved parking behind the house and private fenced-in backyard. Downstairs has an open floor plan where living room, dining area, and kitchen are all easily accessible. Living room includes a large 70" flat screen 4K TV, Apple TV, and high-speed internet all at your fingertips. Dining area includes table and chairs perfect for a family gathering or workspace and also includes barstools that overlook the kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked to meet your needs. Coffee is also complementary!

Downstairs bedroom includes one queen bed with comfortable Casper mattress, large walk-in closet, 65" flat screen 4K TV, and private bathroom with double "his and hers" showerheads.

Upstairs includes two additional bedrooms and a fully remodeled bathroom with granite counters and double vanities. The first bedroom has two full size beds with imbedded Bluetooth speaker systems, 58” 4K flat screen TV, comfortable Casper mattresses, high thread count sheets, and a large closet. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, 58” 4K flat screen TV, comfortable Casper mattresses, high thread count sheets, numerous windows for great views, and a large closet.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Renasant Convention Center, Bass Pro Pyramid, and minutes from downtown.

Great stay and safe location
Location of the home was in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The neighbors came by the yard and all said hello as we were coming and going. It’s on a street that gets some traffic but definitely not a main road and was quiet. The home is fully stocked and one of the most clean homes I’ve rented. We had a wonderful stay and were allowed to enter the home earlier than normal check in. Loved the beds, no squeaks and mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

First let me state that your home is beautiful! The location, cleanliness, accommodations, and space were perfect for my family while visiting Memphis for the first time. Convenient to downtown and close to all the sights the city has to offer like Beale Street, The National Civil Rights Museum - Lorraine Hotel, Stax Museum, Graceland, and The Memphis Rock -n- Soul Museum. We also ate at some of the local eateries around the city as well Gus Fried Chicken is a must when staying here and check out Charlie Vergos Rendezvous for the best ribs and Greek Salad in town! Dane was a great host, very responsive and answered any questions or requests that we may have had in a timely manner. Much appreciated! Once again, I can’t say it enough location, location, location. We will be recommending your home to our friends and family and next time in Memphis we know where we’re staying.

This home was the perfect fit for our stay in Memphis. Close to all we wanted to do. Beautiful home, very roomy, very clean, all the amenities were just great! The showers were nice, with nice towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Laundry facilities were great too. I would say, the pillows weren't perfect, but of the six of us, three brought our own anyway, so no problem. We would most definitely stay here again!

It was a good stay.
It was clean and beds were comfortable. The stairs were more than we expected for 70 year olds. Would appreciate lamps in bedrooms. Also, we struggled with list if chores when we left. Memphis is not our kind of town, there were sirens all night.
