Regular was clean but had some things that attention needed to be brought to which I told the manager when I left and that was the TV reception went in and out the desk chair went all the way to the ground when you sat on it well the lamp shades was broken into pieces and wouldn't hang straight and the bathroom toilet seat moved all over the place other than that it was clean quiet and restful

The room was very dirty. There was still makeup on the counter and hair. The light switch was filthy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t even think they changed the sheets. The hallway was absolutely filthy. I don’t think I’ve been vacuumed in weeks as well.. on a good note the check-in was fantastic and the gentleman that helped us was more than friendly and accommodating. But as far as the cleanliness of the hotel if I could read it a zero I would.

$100 Deposit at Check-in

We arrived after 10pm, the room was very clean. I missed breakfast but my husband said there wasn't a big selection- black cherry yogurt was the only flavor available. He also said a group of unsupervised kids tore through whatever was available. Our room was large, but had loud street noise, fortunately we travel with a noise machine which blocked the traffic. Negative - $100 deposit required at check-in.

Ok over all. Very loud at night

Was a good stay overall. The beds were clean and comfy. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok. The only complaint was the noise at night sounded like someone was in a drag race in the parking lot was super loud reving up their engines for like 4plus house from midnight to about 3/4 AM. Someone was yelling and slamming doors in the hallway. Def wished it was more sound proof. During the day someone was playing music in the parking lot so loud sounded like it was coming from my tv and we were on the 2nd floor. I understand most of this is out of the hotels control but prolly wouldn’t stay again due to 2 nights of no sleeps.

Great quality for the price.

A very comfortable, quiet, safe place to stay in Cordova. The price is very reasonable for this level of quality. Don’t care for the $100.00 deposit, but they are good about refunded it.
