"Our room had the Best view on Lago di Como. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our hostesses were a delight and the nicest people. The room was topnotch. It's location was a trade off with how much we loved everything else about the experience. Overall, I recommend this Hotel for anyone that wants a Royal stay. Only thing is you will need a taxi to get here from the lake as it's on a hill ( duh) and walking from down below is a Workout...!"

"Exceptionally friendly staff will definitely come back"

"Excellent stay."

"Amazing view. Friendly staff. Good breakfast."

"Amazing location to the ferry, clean, good breakfast but the beds for sure are a bit older and a very firm"

"The hotel was very clean, and right in front of the ferry which was very convenient!"

"A true joy and a wonderful find! Lovely boutique hotel along the lake, a 7-8 minute walk along the water from Bellano station. Staff was great, Jessica was perfect in checking us in with a glass of prosecco and great and thorough advice on the local area. "Amazing staff across the hotel, restaurant, and lake side area. Clean rooms and great food. Plenty of water activities that were included (kayaking, paddle boarding, water trampoline) as well as reasonably priced wakeboarding/surfing prices as an add-on."

"One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Staff were super friendly and the room was spectacular. What a view!"

"Está maravilloso, inmejorable ubicación volveríamos sin dudarlo no se lo pierdan"

"Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...

"the best of the best of the best Richard is a true gentleman"

"Staff were wonderful and helpful. Views of Lake Como are stunning. Beds were rather hard, pillow top is needed. Hotel has 7 parking spots only but on main road to get to Lake tours"
