"As a designer who assists owners in setting up and designing their short term rentals for success and 5 star reviews, this rental gets an A! Everything was in perfect order and every detail was handled. The ease of communication, the ease of finding the property and checking in was such a great relief after our drive. The property is so peaceful and vacation like. We loved watching the geese and their goslings that were roaming around. The interior of the property is so warm and inviting. The coffee station was such a great gift as we didn’t have to go out for coffee. The drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table was such a nice touch as well as the sign welcoming us there. The bedrooms are beautifully thought out, great bedding and soft sheets, tons of towels and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom was such a treat. There are little personal touches in each room that made it so personal, warm and comfy. I could go on but I have nothing negative to say and rather I could say that this rental is set up from booking to checking out exactly as I help recommend to my clients. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back! Oh and it’s only 13 minutes from market for other designers who come for Spring or Fall Market."

"We lucked out they were willing to take us last minute when our original rental canceled on us less than 24hrs before we landed, it was greatly appreciated. It was set up nicely for each of us to have our own room & a safe & comfortable place to sleep after our busy competition days."

"House was spacious enough for our 3 families to stay and had enough rooms/ beds for proper sleeping arrangements. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I’ve seen in other rentals. No large pots to boil pasta, only one large skillet and griddle. Plenty of plates, bowls and cups and eating utensils. Grill and griddle like a blackstone on patio. Few griddle tools. And griddle was pretty dirty and needed cleaned and reseasoned which we did. One propane tank was full. Yard area spacious with hammock. House was clean but needs a few touch ups to replace some broken items like floor vent covers. Smoke detector disconnected on main floor and upstairs only had one. No plug in upstairs master en-suite bathroom which we found strange. Lots of closets but few hangers. Overall this property worked for our group with some adjustments. Host was good to work with and responsive."

"Perfect for our large group. Lots of sleeping options and plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The two tv/living spaces were nice since we had a mix of parents and teens staying on site. The neighborhood was a little rundown for what we were expecting from the High Point area, but overall good value for our needs. "

"Host was very welcoming. The place is great! Everyone enjoyed the stay. I do wish the house had cooking things like cooking spray and few key seasonings. Still 5 star stay!! We did also fix a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. :)"
