"Property was as described… Very clean, right across from the ocean with beautiful views! Convenient to all of the shops and restaurants and hikes around the headlands. Beautiful views from within the house, but also deck had a lovely table and chairs. There was a clean and modern kitchen with all conveniences. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. "

"Heather has a beautiful garden, home and a very clean one bedroom/one bath unit that was very cozy. The sheets were so soft (we found out that she irons them!). We love our visits to Mendocino..we will be back to stay here, for sure! "

"Absolutely lovely! Our room was great very spacious and right outside plenty of grass area for our dog to run around. Has many Perfect spots to view the sunsets and access to private beach.
