"Balcony: Love the safe, private balcony with view of the harbor. Parking: lose and safe. Cleaning: The manager of the cleaning staff replaced the Keurig coffee maker and brought extra delicious Peets coffee cups Linens: 100% cotton heavy bath towels and sheets. Nice assortment of pillows."

"It was a good place to stay. Budget friendly, close to Mendocino, and close to Noyo Park which was a nice perk. We didn’t make it to breakfast but heard it was good. We really enjoyed our second floor balcony with an ocean view!"
The Beach House Inn

"View of the estuary is pretty and calming. There is quite a bit of road noise from the highway and bridge adjacent to it, it does quiet down considerably at night. The soaking tub in the room was not really a great feature. It was big but it’s just a big fairly shallow tub with no jets so I don’t really see the reason for it. Parking was easy and the balcony is a nice feature. Would be 5 stars except for the noise and no breakfast on site."

"The room was super clean and very close to restaurants at the river !!! I’ll definitely be staying here again . Oh also , breakfast is a grab and go ( donuts , bagels ) style so don’t count on a meal. Still , it was a good stay !"

"Our room was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and the bed was comfortable. I think I was a bit disappointed with the surrounding area. It looked greener and fresher in the photos. I liked the location into town. Just a couple of minutes. I would stay there again."

"What I did not like was the parking situation. We stayed in a room that was very expensive but parking our car was terrible. We were suppose to have our own parking space but other cars were always parked there. We had to park our car on the road leading up to our room. I thought for sure for the price of the room I selected, we would at least have our own parking space. Staff was very helpful. The TV was Dish and we had to have help getting to channels. Different than Cable. The view was beautiful."
