"This is an upscale hotel; located in a nice part of Tangier. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, the rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good too. Only issue was that they seem to have hiccups with technology. The TV didn't allow me to connect to my laptop. That was a slight bummer. The main issue was around the room keys. I had to go down 4 times to get my key card reset. Each time the front desk person smiled and said "no problem". Well, one time in no problem, two times is annoying but ok... no problem. Four times, you have a problem and I'm annoyed. I suspect this is an ongoing issue for them. I'll still give them 5 stars but with an asterisk."

"I had a wonderful stay at Dar Yasmine. Everything was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room stayed nice and fresh at night. It’s very well situated in the medina, with easy access to both the medina itself and the city, so it’s a great location for exploring. The people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, and so was the view. There is a mosque nearby, but I sleep with earplugs and had no issue at all with the sound. I slept very well. I felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely recommend Dar Yasmine, especially to solo travelers and women traveling alone. It’s a lovely, clean and welcoming place to stay."
