Terrible experience. I had to leave the hotel due to the poor room condition. A/C broken, bathroom door lock broken, missing fridge, broken tiles, shower head broken. AVOID!

Do not recommend

A really bad hotel. It was not clean, the rooms were very noisy, the blinds for the window didn’t work, it was hair in the bath tub, all floors were dirty, the towels very used and we even found old blood stains on the blanket. No one spoke English the breakfast was very limited and not fresh. We left after one night because we couldn’t take another night.

Excelente Opção em Mendoza!

Excelente hotel em Mendoza! Muito bem localizado com bastante comércio e restaurantes próximos. Próximo do Mercado central de Mendoza e também é possível ir até às praças caminhando. O hotel é organizado e com estrutura muito boa! O atendimento da equipe é excelente! A única observação é que no meu quarto não tinha frigobar, mas não atrapalhou a estadia.

Hotel necessita que algumas reformas, mas no geral é bom para quem passeia o dia todo. Café da manhã simples, porém acaba ficando enjoativo sempre as mesmas coisas. Perto de ruas turísticas, de restaurantes e lojas de vinhos, da para fazer tudo a pé. Nao tem frigobar e nem secador no quarto.

Sucio, los colchones estaban vencidos y x ende muy incomodos, lo reservé xq tenia parking y cdo llegue no tenían lugar así q tuve q buscar un estacionamiento a 5 cuadras y el desayuno para el olvido, paupérrimo , las medialunas y pan criollo no era del día, todo mal. No lo recomiendo para nada

Cheguei no hotel e não havia mais vaga, mesmo minha reserva estando confirmada. Me transferiram para um hotel em frente, aonde fiquei em um quarto de frente para o hall e café da manhã. As 6 da manhã já havia tanto barulho que era impossível dormir…não foi uma experiência agradável

A localização do Hotel é muito boa. O Pessoal da recepção é muito gentil e prestativo. O apartamento que me hospedei estava em mau estado de conservação. A cortina estava danificada, não cobria totalmente a janela. As travas da janela não travavam. A descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem. Vazamento na banheira. Após o banho o piso do banheiro ficava muito molhado. Desde o primeiro dia informei a recepção.

Bom custo benefício pois fica no centro da cidade e tem muita opção para visitar locais turísticos, lojas, mercados, praças. Café da manha simples. Não possui estacionamento.

La limpieza es diaria, pero la alfombra tiene un olor horrible como si hace años no la limpiaran. La bañadera se despintaba, reclamamos por una perdida de agua en el baño, no tenía secador de pelo y nos cobraron una habitación de lujo… y para nada lo fue
