Kitchen is fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery to easily cater for a family of 4 or more. All appliances work. Washer/dryer combo works well too. Small backyard shared with the granny flat which is rented out separately. Some road noise due to fronting onto lower Dandenong Rd but...
