We were not informed that housekeeping does not work weekends. Knowing this staff still only stocked the room with 1 shower/face/hand towel each and 1 kitchen towel. Which is not ideal for 3 niights. Luckily we got back to hotel on second night before the front desk closed. Overall okay.., definitely need to disclose the reduced services and has we probably paid the same or even more for a weekend rate.

We have stayed here before but this time the room smelled terrible. There was a problem with toilet/bathroom and we had ro block drains with towels and keep exhaust fan on for our whole stay. We told staff but no offer to sort it out. Very disappointing for us as it was also expensive.

Tried to get our bedding changed and was told they are too busy and the member at the reception said she would get into trouble with the manager if she gets this done as the cleaners were only doing new rooms.. three nights we have no cleaning nor change of bedding .. pretty disappointing

The room was very old and in a state of disrepair. Everything was crooked, dated and not kept well. Toilet seat was at an angle, so was the fridge. It was not a pleasant room to stay in, however the bed was comfortable

The car was parked in the numbered car park and was covered in branches and leaves, they had trimmed the trees all over the car without notice Maybe next time they should put out hats or something to not park in those bays if they are gardening I was not impressed as its a new car
