"Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Loved the balcony— had coffee there every day and watched the neighborhood wake up. The permanent resident downstairs was extremely nice and outgoing. Will make every effort to stay here next time we visit our granddaughter who lives in the neighborhood."
