"Hallo Leider sehr laute Wohnung. Lift defekt. In der Dusche Schwarze Ränder. Zuwenig ablagefläche im Bad für 4 Personen. Am Abreisetag den Schlüssel in der Wohnung einwerfen ist ein Risiko wenn Tor Geschlossen und Lift kapputt."

"This is probably the nicest short stay apartment I've ever stayed in. It's spacious, comfortable, and very nicely set up. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect being a short walk from the train station and the old town. There are lots of supe markets, cafes and bars nearby too. There are currently some construction sites nearby but they don't start too early or finish too late. It wasn't a problem for us and I'm a delicate sleeper. Communication with the owner was straight forward...

"Wonderful three nights stay at the end of year 2023. Nice, modern apartment and flawless clean in Meran outskirts. The owner Magdalena is exremely welcoming and kind young lady, have met us at the bus stop in order to guide us personally to the apartment. The check-out was comfortable as well. Would come again for sure!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr Citynah gelegen und somit sind alle wesentlichen Punkte von Meran zu Fuß rasch erreichbar. In der Tiefgarage bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt unbedingt nach einer Parkkarte und Sonderkonditiionen fragen. Der Sanitärbereich war etwas unsauber. Das Aufbacken von Semmeln in der Mikrowelle haben wir nicht ganz geschafft (vermutlich unser Problem). Nette kleine lokatel unmittelbar in der Umgebung (Bäcker, Metzger, Bars und Cafes)."

"This was a once in a lifetime experience. We were surrounded by beauty-inside and out. It is a gorgeous house- felt like an architect's dream house- with giant windows that looked out upon apple orchards, terraced gardens, mountains, blue sky and surrounded by gardens. "Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the experience offered. "
