"What a perfect location for our 2 day stay in Merano. Directly in the city center, we walked to all of our activities. Silke was an amazing host, responsive and kind and suggested perfect things for us to do. We hope to be back again soon!"

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Obermais. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit Elisabeth war prima. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, ein Spazierweg von 15 bis 20 Min führt in die Innenstadt von Meran. Das Haus liegt an einer recht viel befahrenen Strasse, aber nachts ist es ausreichend ruhig. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, aber alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Stellen müsste wieder einmal etwas investiert werden. Sehr gute Lage an einer recht befahrenen Strasse in Obermais, der Verkehr ist immer präsent."

"Fantastic position, near the center of the city. But we found hood filters very durty, non-stick pan was damaged, hot water not enought for 4 people. Miserable chairs, table. Considering the price, it could be improved."

"Meran is such a beautiful city and this apartment is a great place to see it. The big windows and terraces of this apartment make for fabulous views. This apartment is not only comfortable but sizable. We were also happy to have so much space as we brought a lot of hiking gear and luggage. It is also very close to the pedestrian trails that lead to the city center. Walking to the city center for dinner was great fun. Margarete was kind to explain the places she thought our kids would enjoy most...

"Pros: Die Ferienwohnung haben wir liebevoll und gut durchdacht eingerichtet vorgefunden. Haben uns gleich zu Beginn des 13-tägigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war bei der Ankunft zugegen, hat uns alles gezeigt und in die Begebenheiten eingewiesen. Auch Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung von Meran gegeben. "Leider muss ich mich über die Unterbringung in der " Residenz Hubertus " beschweren. Zunächst einmal haben wir die gebuchte Wohnung nicht in dem Zustand vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren, verschmutzt und in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Küchenblock verdreckt und verfettet, die Dunstabzugshaube und Licht defekt.
