The ‘Orchidée’ flat comprises a living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 160 double bed and one with two 90 single beds), and a bathroom, and can accommodate four people. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, fans and a television are also available for guests’ use.
Each room in the flat has its own independent air conditioning, and the balcony has an automatic awning.
A 65-inch television is at your disposal.
The flat has a roof terrace where you can hang out washing. The shared outdoor facilities are located at the Coves Noves Tennis Club, 300 metres from the property, where we are shareholders. The following facilities are available: 2 tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a volleyball court, a football pitch, paddle tennis, pétanque, a table tennis table and a children’s play area.

There is a restaurant on site, open from 1 June to 30 September. The private club is open from 1 March to 30 October. The nearest supermarket is 400 metres away, as are other restaurants. You’ll love the seaside restaurants, the clear blue water and the panoramic views of the bay.
Nearby, you’ll also find a water park, as well as an 18-hole golf course 2.5 km away.
The nearest airport is Mahón Airport, which is 23 km away (about a 25-minute drive).
The ‘Orchidée’ flat is situated in the seaside resort of Coves Noves in the north of Menorca, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest beach (Playa Arenal d’En Castell – 900 m – 10 mins’ walk) or Na Macaret and the port of Addaia.
This stretch of coast offers quick access to Maò or Ciutadella via the motorway, as well as to the Son Parc golf course (10 mins) or the port of Fornells (15 mins).
