This high standard modern villa is the perfect homebase for your holidays. Located in Son Parc it is just 10min walking from the beautiful and kids friendly sandy beach of Arenal de Son Saura. You find also a choice of restaurants, bars and a supermarket in short walking distance.
Enjoy your private pool and terrace for sunbathing and relaxing. Its flat artificial grass garden is perfect for kids to play. Covered terrace for alfresco dinning and BBQs for great family dinners next to the pool

Fully airconditioned, and with free WIFI, The ground floor is on the same level of the garden and pool area, with a nice and bright living room heading to the covered terrace and pool area by big sliding glass doors. Modern and comfortable sofas, a big flat tv and indoor dinning area.
Kitchen is modern and with its own big and easy exit to the covered terrace dinning area.
One double bedroom, complete bathroom, laundry area, and the bright entrance with the stairs leading to the first floor.
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, one ensuite and another complete bathroom.
