Enjoy a perfect summer in this charming, modern villa in Son Parc, located in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach and near the golf course. Relax on the long porch right next to the pool. Inside, find a spacious living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms (all with A/C, 2 en-suite).

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.

Nette Villa mit schöner Einrichtung und viel Platz. Besonders die große, überdachte Veranda hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es im Haus keine Mückengitter und sehr viele Mücken. Das Mauerwerk ist leider im recht feucht und die Räume dadurch klamm, die Türen verzogen, die Badschränke vermodert...Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf der Insel, aber am Haus muss definitiv was getan werden.
