"There was no breakfast included and the only parking options is Valet parking for a fee of $30 per night. However, my stay felt luxurious and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is also convenient to lots of things to eat and there is a lot of police patrols which makes you feel very safe. "

"Our room was right next to the interstate so it was very loud all night. The bar ran out of several food items. Other than that, the area felt safe, the hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the room was spacious. "

"Room was clean had a nice view of the pool. No complimentary water in the room. A fan was provided in lieu of poor air conditioning. The TV was not a smart TV… these amenities are pretty basic in other hotels in the same area with a lower nightly rates. You are not allowed food from outside the hotel in the pool area even though their kitchen and bar close early. "

"This was a nice hotel. We did have a bit of an odd experience. My husband encountered an incredibly drunk individual directly off the elevator on our floor at about 10 - 10:30 at night. This person wasn’t staying at the hotel, but apparently came to the hotel to go to the bar that is on the rooftop. He was so drunk, he was unconscious, so my husband called hotel staff, who contacted 911. It wasn’t a great situation as he was throwing up all over the place, and in and out of consciousness. They ended up taking the man to the hospital. My husband stayed during the whole thing. They took my husband’s information, but we never heard from hotel staff to apologize, or thank him for finding this guy. Very odd. I’m not sure I was say this is a family friendly hotel. At the pool, we encountered folks vaping, drinking, and scantily clad. If I ever return to El Paso, I would probably look elsewhere. Breakfast isn’t included, and there isn’t much in terms of stores around the hotel. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, just not sure it was what I was expecting. "

"This is a house divided into to apartments , I stayed in apt#2 is a really good size it has a 2 big bedrooms with a queen size bed , it super clean no issues with anything in the house , I had a really good time staying there and it has all of he amenities that you need and the plus is the washer and dryer. I would stay here if I need to go to El Paso Tx again. Alex responds asap whenever you have a question. "

"It was a nice stay, with almost everything one can need, with a really nice location. Something that I didn’t love was the advertising, with one queen bed and one single bed I don’t think this is a stay for four people, unless someone sleeps in the couch."
