"First time to Old San Juan, and the location was ideal."

"Very close and convenient to everything in Viejo San Juan. The location is great: shopping, restaurants, attractions. That being said the area is loud with bars playing music until 1 - 2 am. The sound comes right in through the open breezeway and through the gaps in your door. The ac kind of covers it. Had a guy and gal in hallway at 4am wake me up talking loud right outside my door. The accommodations are decent. You're not getting resort comfort for this price so can't really complain. Linens...

"Beautiful hotel. Unable to check in a minute early but weren’t able to leave our bags there until check in. Staff was very nice and had great food recommendations. We stayed in the room with the balcony and it is very large and comfortable. Location in downtown was perfect, and safe. No parking for rentals but there is a municipal parking garage about 3 streets away. We never found the pool in the hotel. Only saw a spa place next door. Very deceiving, don’t boom if you are focus on having a...

"This property has so much charm! It is, however, a 400 year-old building, and it shows its age. They have leaned into the aesthetic — which is wonderful — but they should probably put a little extra into maintenance. We enjoyed the bar overlooking the ocean, along with some of the music in the jazz bar (we weren’t there much). Overall, a charming location if you’re looking for a place with a lot of character!"

"The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!"
