"Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended!"

"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. Kommen bestimmt wieder einmal her. "

"It was very clean, and quiet. It was a wait on a bus to get there. And I ended up walking all the way back to the ferry boat to take me back to Arona.. I think there was bus options.. But I didn’t know where to wait.. so that’s probably on me?? But my overall stay was great.. Thanks Denny"

"Arrival was a bit confusing: getting a taxi was a small challenge (number posted by phone didn't work). Only one other challenge - finding the Cell number for the host buried in fine print/not obvious in the VRBO! The location of the Flat is in the center of the village where there is so many ristoranti, bars, pubs, tratorias and gelati olaces stand in the village you could spend a very long vacation in Stress and still miss some eating places!.
