Beautiful house in the mountains of Costa Rica-Altos los Cafetales Gated Comm.

  • Casa Vida in Altos los Cafetales Gated community. Beautiful mountain location, only 1 hour away from San Jose and 1.5 hours to the Pacific coast. Located in Altos Los Cafetales, a gated community 10 minutes away from Santiago de Puriscal. Relax in this peaceful location surrounded by lush biodiversity, native tree species, and coffee trees. Wake up to the sounds of birds and enjoy daily walks either inside of the gated community or its surroundings.

    The property is surrounded by coffee plantations and recreational properties, offering peace, tranquility, and spectacular views of San Jose and the Central Valley, both night and day

    The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2400 square feet of living space on three acres of tropical vegetation
    . The house easily sleeps up to 6 people making it perfect for family vacations or groups to share those special moments of a once in a lifetime vacation.

    Pets are welcome! There is a flat pet fee of $50 for each stay. Animals in the house must be crated when left alone.

    This is a brand new house, built in August of 2015.
