We had avoided Best Western for years because of a bad experience years ago, but were pleasantly suprised this past weekend. The Hotel in Celina Ohio was clean, well taken care of, great breakfast, friendly staff, spacious clean room, nice view of a pond, quiet, comfortable beds, large clean bathroom, nice desk and chair, 2 comfy chairs to watch TV, fridge & microwave, it was everything we could have asked for, and the price was fair.

I was very pleased with Hotel Versailles - everything was amazing! Customer service, kindness of staff, welcome feeling immediately ,my Room was above average and especially clean .(which does not happen much any more at most National brand hotels - I travel a lot for business-) Hotel Versailles was immaculate! I will be back and I want to bring my wife next time - the restaurant was very good and food was extraordinary. Jarrod at the front desk was outstanding along with all of his team...

After our family stayed here for one night we stayed at a "5 Star" Hotel directly afterwards. My whole family agreed that we would've chosen this hotel over the "5 Star" hotel. The staff at this hotel was outstanding, the room was outstanding, and so was the food. I'm in my early 50's and have stayed at many hotels in my time. This hotel would definitely be in my top 5. Looked like the room was completely redone recently. Much better than a year ago. Shower worked great, plenty of hot water and the spray was fine and evenly distributed.

The stay was nice, people very nice. Only complaint would be the shower curtain would not stay closed. Other then that I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed at this motel for the races at Eldora speedway, it was easy to get to and get back to from the race track. General Manager Deb and her staff are outstanding. Although EXPEDIA messed up the reservations, Deb made it right. Hotel for ll your needs when you are in the area. They also have a great little Pub the makes outstanding pizzas and the beer is ice cold. Thanks again Deb

We were there for a funeral. Our family is from Wapakoneta, OH, so we all stayed there. we had a nice common area, pool area, and the breakfast was great. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Nice, clean hotel in a quiet community. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Randolph Inn is in a nice area. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast made a good start to the day. The pool was clean and towels provided. We have stayed here several times over the years.

We had recently had a terrible experience at a LaQuinta in Piqua, so we were looking for a hotel nearby and found good reviews about the Hampton only 10 minutes away in Sidney. This hotel was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff was prompt and friendly. Breakfast was included and was hot and tasty, they offered a good variety of foods including fresh scrambled eggs and sausage. Great stay, very satisfied, and will likely be my new go-to hotel for visits in this area.
