- Enjoy one of the east coast's best getaway destinations. Year-round seasonal rental in Meredith, NH's sought after Beach Colony Club community on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Sleeps 9. Just steps from a private beach for lakeside swimming, walks, or ice skating. Nearby mountain and forest trails for 3-season hiking and winter snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Gunstock ski resort is less than 30 min away and a dozen more are within a 45 min drive for both summer and winter fun. A fire pit terrace and a fully equipped kitchen are available at the property for family fun and dining on starry summer nights or crisp fall evenings. High-speed internet, mini-split AC and heating, and W/D included. Driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles +/- a boat or snowmobile trailers. And you'll be minutes to fine dining and casual restaurants, shops, artisan and seasonal markets and festivals, horseback riding, and theaters.
