"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"This was our second family ski holiday staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope, a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is a ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient.
