This Hacienda is tucked away just off the Periferico near the airport and is so secluded you will forget you are in a city of a million people!

Beautiful and historic property, lovely rooms and huge bathrooms. The grounds are amazing but seem 50% inactive and it was eerily empty for our visit in late January. Also, few staff speak English. Location is 30 minutes from center of Merida. Still, we loved it and recommend it.

Stepping into this place is like stepping into an oasis of solitude and quiet. The whole property is beautiful. The buildings are stunning. Be sure and eat at the restaurant - may have been the best food we ate on our whole trip. Just wonderful!

The Hacienda was great!! I love the place; however, the location was not great for us because it was in the south side of Mérida which looked isolated and there were no restaurants or shops or a way to walk around outside of the hotel. We canceled the second night and went to the north side which is more tourist friendly. Overall it was a good place.

We arrives at the hotel and a few problems came up. First, they wanted to charges us for the room when it was already paid. We didn’t get the room we paid for. There was a wedding that was playing VERY loud music. They should consider sound proofing their windows. I asked for a wine bottle opener and I e but they wanted to charge me for the ice. The hotel is beautiful but the neighborhood is not the best. Overall, a very bad experience for a first class hotel.

Lo bueno, la hacienda y sus espacio, los detalles en la gabitaciones muy lindas, el desayuno en la terraza, el servicio y trato del personal. LO MALO, todos los días hay fiesta de noche, abrumador el sonido, la tranquilidad no es compatible con los fiestones de noche TODOS LOS DIAS.Alimentos con aceite rancio o platos con sabor a jobon, el costo no es equivalente a la calidad de los productos. Se desatiende al huésped por estar atentos a los detalles y preparativos de las fiestas. Es una lástima, debido a que vulneran la experiencia del huésped que busca tranquilidad y confort por festejos TOFOS LOS DIAS QUE INCLUYEN JUEGOS PIROTECNICOS Y NI LES AVISAN A LOS HUESPEDES, NO VAYAN CON NIÑOS CHIQUITOS, ESO ES TERRIBLE. SI CAMBIAN ESO SERIA PERFECTA.

Esta muy bonito el lugar pero se ve que le falta personal. A partir de las 5pm cerro el restaurante de la hacienda y no nos dijeron nada al hospedarnos y nos quedamos sin cenar ya que no llegan los servios de rappi, ni uber eats.
