So, I had no expectations in coming to this hotel. My fiancee and I booked it for one night last year, our first night in Merida. What an experience it was. The location was great, it was close to many places of interest for us, and the people were nice when we checked in. The walk through the plant-path was lovely. We got to our room, and it was fair. For the price, it was decent. Unfortunately upon closer inspection, there were tons of flies, the light switch in the toilet didn't work, there was no hot water. It was ok, could be better.

Reservamos 3 noches pero solo nos quedamos una noche, es el peor hotel que he conocido, no es a cómo se muestra en las fotos, las habitaciones completamente sucias, puertas oxidadas, telarañas por todos lados, sabanas manchadas, paredes manchadas, cucarachas, cabellos de huéspedes anteriores, el colchón de la cama se hundía y no pudimos descansar, por eso solo nos quedamos una sola noche, exigimos a Expedía y al Hotel que nos devuelvan el dinero de las dos noches restantes... es un pésimo hotel

El check-in fue extra rápido, menos de 2 minutos . Si bien se agradece la velocidad, al final resulta algo impersonal y mecánico. La habitación necesita una mano de pintura y limpieza a fondo. Si bien la limpieza general es correcta, la mayoría de superficies se limpian poco y tienen ya grasa del tiempo (como las mesas) o zonas con mucho polvo (estanterías, televisión...) El colchón en mi caso se hundía por los laterales. Se agradecería un espejo en el baño. Afeitarse sin espejo es muy complicado. Hay alguna hormiguilla por la zona. Nada grave pero hay que ir matándolas. No tuve problemas con mosquitos. El agua de la ducha sale con poca presión. Sin problemas con el agua caliente. En recepción o en general no tienen baño para poder usar más allá de las habitaciones (que es útil cuando llegas y no puedes hacer check-in aun o vuelves tarde a buscar maleta). La ubicación está a unos 10 minutos del centro y de la terminal ADO. El wifi funciona muy bien. El sitio está bien, pero sin grandes pretensiones. Por la diferencia de precios, mejor una habitación triple a una doble.

Simple et efficace

La chambre etait bien, il manque peut-être un espace détente ou une petite terrasse pour les jours où on rentre tôt de visites mais que l’on ne veut pas d’enfermer dans notre chambre.
