It’s a great option for the price. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is basic, but clean. Very close to Parque Central and Parque Santa Lucía. The area is very safe.

Is nice for a quick visit if you don't find other place. The room was dirty walls, floors abd bathroom. The towels were white. The dresser with a lot of graffiti.

This hotel is at the edge of the central historic district and had parking. The hotel is a beautiful colonial building. Unfortunately there was only cold water, my bathroom was moldy (which can be expected in this climate) and someone (I believe it was the management or employees) sending malicious malware and trying to hack my computer. There are many better hotels in this area for the same price.

La atención del personal excelente serviciales y amables la limpieza en tu cuarto diario todo perfecto pero la cama es horrible para dormir muy incómoda no hay agua caliente ventanas abiertas o espacios donde siempre había mosquitos las noches eran horribles por lo mismo y por lo que cuesta la noche mejor busca otra opción

El personal se esmera por dar un servicio de calidad y amable, en términos generales, aunque es un hotel viejito, la mayoría de las instalaciones son aceptables. Si tu idea es encontrar un lugar para pasar solo la noche, es un buen lugar. No esperen un hotel de lujo. No hay agua caliente, es un lugar para darse un baño, dormir y salir a conocer Yucatán desde temprano y regresar en la noche. Excelente ubicación.
