Location. Great. Coffee shop good. Room good with frigobar great included. Staff very friendly is a plus. Swimming pool clean no bug. It is very small is like a jacuzzi. Restaurant Italian on site and you can watch the sports.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The beds a very comfortable. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant with homemade pasta and a coffee shop downstairs. The location is very good. All in all it’s a great value!

The place is in Paseo Montejo which is good but because of the lounge at the front of the Hotel, it gets a little noisy at night. The Staff was good and the room, the cleanliness of the room (the floor in particular), was not so good.

We stayed for one night. We arrived in heavy downpour and requested to have a room not on the ground floor as the front door rooms are immediately accessible from the main street. Pool quite small and only one small bottle of water provided. Breakfast is at cafe next door which was nice. The main downside is the parking is not attached to the property so if arriving with lots of luggage or at night it isn't convenient. Very average.

Staff was AMAZING!! Location was great. Room was clean. Only issue was the “rain shower” needs repair. The water was coming out of the ceiling not the shower., I only stayed 1 night and my mistake for not telling them. I was running around all morning to catch my bus out of town. So can’t blame them . Sorry I didn’t tell you . I think its 209

The room was spacious and clean , with a comfortable bed , however the bathroom was terrible. It strongly stunk of sewer smells and the shower tiling was dangerously slippery. There is a coffee maker but you have to go to the front desk to ask for the coffee??
