Our room was cleaned daily for our 6 night stay. Staff made sure to keep the AC on for our return to the room which was very appreciated by my kids who were dying with the Merida heat. The pool was closed for 2 days which was not ideal but other than that this was a great place to stay at.

The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all!

We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Merida for one night during our trip across Mexico. It was one of the best hotels we found at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and welcoming. At first, the reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly, but this was likely due to the language barrier. One downside is that the staff does not speak English, which made communication more difficult. In smaller and cheaper hotels we visited, communicating was much easier. Nevertheless, highly recommend this hotel. Very close to the ADO station and not that far from the city centre.
