Wonderful clean hotel in a safe neighborhood. This excellent hotel has great staff and a delicious breakfast buffet. With nearby access to much of the downtown Merida area, we had a wonderful stay and everything was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband stayed here for 4 nights, one booked with Expedia and the rest with another group. He said the staff was super nice and friendly. He arrived at 11:00pm super hungry and they even offerer to help with the sandwish he got at the airport.
Breakfast is until noon - which is great! The rooms are little small, but you dont really need a lot more than a clean room and bathroom if you want to see Merida! I hope to join next time!

I liked this hotel!
The room was small, but the low price compensated for this. The staff was friendly, there were no issues with parking, and the place was safe and quiet, which is nice since I'm a little weary after a long day. The area is nice too, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I am delighted and would stay here again.
