"The rooms smelled bad, the sheets were stained and that was normal when asked staff to change sheets. No hot water...... Very unkept buildings. Nothing like the pictures. The staff was nice and that i feel bad for writing this. Not their fault."

"The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working ..."

"We loved our stay at Casa Ku. The location and grounds—right on the beach—were fantastic. The staff was also fantastic, especially Giovanni at the front desk and Alberto, who was our waiter at Nido. The free breakfast was a big bonus! I highly recommend staying here."
