"The room we requested was to be a handicap accessible room, it was not. No hand railings in bathroom for toilet or shower. Room smelled bad. Dark and dingy. The doors and walls looked as if they had been kicked several times. Felt very unsafe"

However, the front desk experience was disappointing the staff member who greeted me was on the phone, laughing, didn’t even say hello, and just asked for my name before handing over the room card. I also noticed a few hairs on the bed cover, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper shower."
